Balmoral Artspace is an ongoing project by artists Phillip Doggett-Williams and Dr Shelley Hannigan.

This Easter they will be opening Stage 1 of of their project - The Bank Studio and Gallery. Stages 2 and 3 will see the development of artist's residencies and a print-making studio. In the long term, there is potential for a sculpture garden. The Bank Studio and Gallery is located in Balmoral's former NAB building.

Phillip is an established Victorian artist who works across the mediums of painting, sculpture and printmaking. He is represented in major collections including the National Gallery of Australia, the Art Gallery of NSW, and other public and private collections.

Shelley is an artist and academic. Since graduating from Art School in 1989, she has been working in the mediums of painting, sculpture and textile art. Her academic writing focuses on artistic practice and creativity in art education.
